English
- Credits are prepaid units of service. They are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
- A credit is spent only when a post is actually published to your Page. A post that never goes out is never charged — the credit comes back on its own.
- Credits never expire and carry forward. Unused credits are not refundable, except where the law requires it.
- You pay with bKash. If a refund is ever due, it goes back to the same bKash number, and we pay the transfer charge.

- ক্রেডিট হলো সেবার অগ্রিম-ক্রীত একক। এটি অর্থ নয়, এর কোনো নগদ মূল্য নেই, এবং এটি হস্তান্তর বা বিনিময় করা যায় না।
- আপনার পেজে পোস্ট প্রকাশিত হলে তবেই একটি ক্রেডিট খরচ হয়। যে পোস্ট প্রকাশিতই হয়নি তার জন্য কোনো টাকা কাটা হয় না — ক্রেডিট নিজে থেকেই ফিরে আসে।
- ক্রেডিটের মেয়াদ শেষ হয় না, অব্যবহৃত ক্রেডিট জমা থাকে। আইনে বাধ্যতামূলক না হলে অব্যবহৃত ক্রেডিট ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

What counts as a post
You pay for
One credit each time we publish to your Facebook Page — whether your daily schedule did it, you pressed publish, or you asked ChatGPT to. A Page posting twice a day uses about 60 a month.
You never pay for
Writing drafts, making images, rewriting, looking at your Pages — and any post we couldn’t deliver. If Facebook refuses it, the credit comes straight back.
